The V-Dubs In The Valley Entertainment 2018

There will be a full line up of great live music and entertainment on Friday Night (For Campers Only), on Saturday from Midday til 11pm, and on Sunday.


Comparing the night is the extra-ordinary master of cheese DJ Dave Shep. Dave is a great supporter of Vdubs In The Valley and is a true master of getting the party started and ensuring that everyone has a great night.

Why a Christmas Party ? I hear you ask. It’s all about supporting West Midlands under privileged children at Christmas. We ask those attending if you would like to donate a new unwrapped gift that we will be donating to local children’s charities to open this Christmas. 3pm – Dan Sutton

Dan Sutton is a fun and lively Singer-songwriter. He reached the National Open Mic UK finals in 2015, placing 5th overall in his age category and has previously worked with Resound Media. Dan performs a wide range of covers from the Beatles to Jake Bugg. He also performs his own original material.

4pm – Signing Off

Signing Off is a result of the determination of a friendly group of musicians / UB40 fans to bring a fresh new tribute dedicated to replication of the live sound of their idols. Signing Off prides itself on setting out to thrill fans with a noticeable representation of UB40’s original dub reggae sound.

5pm – Charity Auction

Its time to put ya hands in ya pockets and pull out some dosh to support charity. Loads of goodies are up for auction, much of it supplied from our great traders who want their contributions to raise as much money as possible to help a worthy cause

6pm – Kidz Party

Ma’s and Pa’s it’s time to take a step back and let the mini dubbers have some fun.

7pm – Anthony Doyle

Midlands-based Anthony Doyle is an acoustic-singer songwriter who spans a number of genres. His combination of pop, folk and rock is great to kick off the evening entertainment.

8pm – Heavy Sol

Heavy Sol are a 5 piece mod / soul live band covering top tunes from the likes of Paul Weller, Ocean Colour Scene, The Who, The Jam, Small Faces, Kinks etc.

Sunday is all about chilling out and the Show & Shine. The best of the best Vdubs will be on show, shining and sparkling for the judges views. It’s time for the scooters to appear and us all to be entertained by Marquis Drive.

The show and shine will take place on Sunday, Gates will be open from 9am to bring your pride and joy in for judging, with trophies and prizes up for grabs judging will be on stage at 2pm, Show and Shine entry forms are available on the day from the show or ENTER HERE

Marquis Drive

Marquis Drive claim to be UK’s Number 1, 90′s covers tribute! I big claim but we believe a honest one. As well as anthems from the 90′s Britpop and ‘Madchester scene they also go back to the their roots in British Mod, SKA & Northern Soul scene, with songs back to the 60′s. They will be doing sets throughout the day from 11am – 4pm.
